Pinterest! Oh Pinterest! You make me do such pretty things!
I don’t like Confetti and Pom-poms, said no one ever! Agree?
After spending some time (read: few hours) on Pinterest, I suddenly came across this super cute DIY on Balloons, which was not only insanely easy to do but looked extremely fancy and a great way to glam up the party decoration without pinching the bank.
This DIY is great for any party – birthday, anniversary, graduation or maybe just to say love you to someone special on any ordinary day.
All I needed were:
- Clear/Transperant balloons
- Some Confetti (Can be easily made by using hole puncher on Tissue papers)
- Pom-poms (favourite/theme colour)
- Some glue
- Some glitter
- A funnel (if needed )
- Helium ( although I did not use it, but it is recommended)
For the Confetti Balloons – Just pour the confetti and glitter into the clear balloons, tie a knot and shake them up to evenly spread the confetti around. If using tissue paper, its best to touch all the paper cut-outs and rub the balloon on carpet/clothes, just to create some static electricity. This will make them stick to the inside of the balloon better.
For the Pom-pom Balloons – Stick the pom-poms randomly all over the balloons.
These DIY Balloons gives the party a pretty look, and can be customised according to the theme colour.
Hope you all enjoyed this simple DIY, hope to read your valuable comments below!
Till then,
xx
