New Year – New Look

Hello !!! (from a very excited me!)

Excited not only because it’s the start of the new year, but also because I have changed the look and feel of my blog with a new domain name.

I made my wordpress.com blog account (sleeplessinsingaporesite.wordpress.com) exactly  a year ago and I was too nervous, too shy to start posting until 6 months later! So in celebration of a year of setting up my account, I gave myself this little treat!

This year, I am thinking of taking up blogging more seriously, and definitely this new look will be a great incentive for posting more regularly!

I hope the new look makes the blog easier to navigate for all readers with a quick snapshot of my feeds from social media.

I must thank hubby dearest to set this up within a day, migrate everything from the previous blog, et al. Although he says such things are designed to be this easy, for me it would have taken ages to figure it out. I feel accomplished if I manage to change the font colour on my own! So while I supplied the aesthetic ideas for the site, he did put in all the keystrokes.

I must mention that because I have migrated the posts from the wordpress.com blog, the photos in the old posts still carry the (c) sleeplessinsingapore watermark.

I am deeply grateful to all the followers and readers of sleeplessinsingapore who made me feel encouraged to keep posting over the last 6 months. You are all so fabulous! I hope you will all follow me on this journey of RheaWrites.
